Waterproofing Done Right
Most shower failures in Florida come from waterproofing, not tile. Every shower we build uses a full membrane system — foam or cement backer board, sealed seams, a bonded membrane on walls and floor — and a sloped pan that we flood test before a single tile goes down.
On older Naples and Fort Myers homes we camera-inspect the drain line during demolition, so a corroded cast iron pipe gets replaced while the wall is open instead of after your new tile is finished.
